Privacy policy.

Caregiver is a marketing website operated by Caregiver, Inc. ("we," "us"). The Caregiver mobile app is a separate product covered by its own in-app privacy notice. This policy describes what this website collects, how we use it, and your rights.

What this site collects

  • Waitlist signup: first name, email address, role, U.S. state, and (optional) ZIP code.
  • Partner inquiries: name, work email, organization, role, and an optional message.
  • Anonymous usage analytics via Plausible: page URL, anonymized IP, referrer, browser, and country. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.

What this site does not collect

  • No protected health information (PHI). We do not ask for or store conditions, diagnoses, medications, symptoms, or any other clinical information on this site.
  • No third-party advertising trackers. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no session replay tools.
  • No cookies for tracking. Plausible analytics is cookie-less.

How we use it

  • To notify you when the Caregiver iPhone app launches.
  • To respond to partner inquiries.
  • To understand which pages are useful in aggregate, so we can improve the site.

Who we share it with

  • We never sell or rent personal data.
  • We use Beehiiv to send the launch announcement email; your email is stored there for that purpose. Beehiiv's privacy policy.
  • We use Plausible Analytics for cookie-less usage analytics. Plausible's privacy policy.

Your rights

  • Unsubscribe from any email by using the link at the bottom of the message.
  • Request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@mycaregiver.io.
  • Residents of California, Colorado, and other states with applicable privacy laws have the rights granted by those laws; we honor verifiable requests promptly.

The Caregiver app

The Caregiver mobile app is a separate product. It is HIPAA-compliant, stores recordings and transcriptions in an encrypted HIPAA-compliant cloud environment, and is governed by the in-app privacy notice and the Business Associate Agreements we maintain with our infrastructure providers. The app's privacy details will be published with the app launch.
