What this site is — and isn't
The Site provides information about Caregiver, a forthcoming family-facing care coordination app, and a curated directory of public resources for family caregivers. The Site is informational only.
The Site does not provide medical advice. It is not a medical device, a clinical decision-support system, a triage tool, or a substitute for professional medical care. If you have a medical question, contact a qualified healthcare provider.
Resource directory
The resource library lists publicly available programs and services operated by third parties. Listing does not constitute endorsement, certification, or a guarantee that any listed program is currently available, accurate, or appropriate for your situation. Always verify eligibility and current information directly with the source.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is a request to be notified when the Caregiver app is available. It is not a contract for service and does not guarantee app access or pricing.
Intellectual property
The Caregiver name, logo, and site design are the property of Caregiver, Inc. The "Together · Arch" mark and "caregiver" wordmark are protected. Third-party resource names belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the Site at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Don't impersonate others when filling out our forms.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caregiver, Inc. disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page and the Last Updated date will move.
